What Makes Karon A Great Place To Invest In Property

The fact that Karon is only over the hill from Patong is, of course, another enticing feature of the place. Patong is the island’s entertainment hub, including shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, kickboxing, and more. While Patong may be a lot of fun, living there might be a little “over the top” for certain people.
While visitors are drawn to this neighborhood, locals are drawn to it because of the abundance of services. It boasts a number of high-quality restaurants and pubs, as well as a little nightlife.
Karon is great for those who enjoy the constant sense of “being on vacation.” You’re surrounded by visitors who are having a good time, yet they must return home, whilst you get to stay in paradise.

What Is Karon Beach Like?
Karon has traditionally been a popular tourist site, maybe due to its unusually lengthy stretch of sand. Karon is the island’s third-longest beach, measuring little over 3 kilometers.
Beautiful vistas can be seen anywhere you go, and they are even more magnificent during peak season when the sky is blue and the water is as flat and tranquil as a mirror.
Jet Skis and parasailing are among the many sports available on the beach. A Beach Volley Ball Competition is held once a year.

On the Rocks is another fantastic location to eat in Karon. The restaurant, which is located at the southern end of Karon Beach (close to Kata), has a view of the full length of the beach to the north. It’s a very lovely position, perched on top of the cliffs and overlooking the lake, and a fantastic place for an early supper as the sun sets.
The Mövenpick Hotel’s El Goucho is a classic Brazilian churrascaria. This isn’t really Thai food, and it’s certainly not for vegetarians, but it’s worth trying if you like meat. Pork, chicken, cattle, lamb, and shellfish are all grilled on a spit and delivered to your table boiling hot. You may choose a piece or carving, and they’ll keep bringing you more until you say you’re finished.
A row of great seafood restaurants can be found on the southern end of Karon beach, and the same options can be found around the wonderful laid-back street at the entrance to the Old Phuket Hotel, just a short distance down from the Movenpick Hotel and the massive indoor market (also worth visiting!).
There are other terrific value seafood eateries around Karon Lake (near the Karon Beach Roundabout), which mostly cater to beachgoers during the day but also stay open for nighttime meals.

Angus O’Tool’s, an Irish pub that sells draft Guinness and cider and is also a terrific spot to get a pub lunch or a Sunday dinner, is one of them.
The Coast Beach Club, located within the Centara Grand Beach Resort at the far northern end of Karon Beach, is Karon’s own beach club. This is one of the nicest venues to have a martini in the evening.
The Centara Villas on the mountainside (on the route north to Patong) are also a great spot to watch the sun set. Spending your early evening here may be rather spectacular, since it provides one of the island’s most beautiful sunset views. You’re gazing back south along Karon Beach toward Kata and Koh Poo, a little island off the coast.
Watching the sun set while sipping your favorite cocktail is a great way to conclude the day.
Patong, on the other hand, is the place to go if you want to conclude your day with nightclubs and dancing. It’s not far, literally just over the headland, and it takes no time to get there if you’re staying around the northern end of the beach.
